Now, get started easily to follow 4-step guide to make a 3D Jelly Cake. After reading and watching this step-by-step tutorial, you’ll have everything you need to get a beautiful and healthy cake. 

*** Step 1: Clear Jelly Recipe 
Ingredients:
1L of coconut juice
500ml of water
1package (10g) Konnyaku jelly powder
200g of pure sugar
3ml of lemon juice




  • Place the 1L of coconut juice and 500ml of water into a pot with medium heat.
  • Mix together 10g Konnyaku jelly powder and 200g of sugar and stir well.
  • When the water vapor ( do not boil. Vapor point means smoking before boil point ), GRADUALLY sprinkle the jelly mixture into pot and mix it until mixture is dissolved.
  • If there are too many bubbles, you can take them out.
  • When it starts boiling, turn off the heat and stir it while it’s cooling to ensure the bubbles disappear. Let it cool down in 5 minutes.
  • Add 3ml of lemon juice to help the jelly to set and go through the clear process.
  • Put a little bit cooking spray in a cake pan and spread it with a paper napkin for easier unmolding.
  • Use mesh strainer and pour the mixture into 10 inches cake pan (the high of the base is about 3-4cm)
  • Place the jelly cake pan until set about 1 hour.



    *** Step 2: Milk Jelly Recipe for making flower
    Ingredients:
    300ml of milk
    1.2g Konnyaku jelly powder
    45g of pure sugar
    Food color: green


    • Place 300ml of milk into a pot with medium heat.
    • Mix together 1.2g Konnyaku jelly powder and 45g of sugar and stir well.
    • When milk vapor (do not boil. Vapor point means smoking before boil point. ), GRADUALLY sprinkle the jelly mixture into pot and stir it until mixture is dissolved.
    • When it starts boiling, turn off the heat and pour it into 2 cups.
    • One cup for white flower (add any food color if needed) and one cup for leaves (put green food color into this cup)
    • If there are too many bubbles, you can take them out.
    • Place 1L of water into a pan and leave it boiling.
    • Put 2 cups into the boiling pan so that the mixture jelly does not set.
    • Cover the pot to keep the warm mixture jelly. Also, the warm pot helps melting the sticky needle when making flower.



    *** Step 3: Inject the basic beautiful flowers.
    Ingredients:
    3D Jelly Cake Tools and syringes size 20ml.




    • Making pistils: Making pistils: find the center point, fill white jelly into the syringe, use one needle and inject into the clear jelly with a technique: go into the clear jelly, one drop and go out. Continue injecting with different angles. It looks like a circle.
    If the syringe get stuck, use warm water to smelt the jelly go out.
    •  Making petals: fill white jelly into the syringe, use one needle of 3D Jelly Cake Tools and inject it following the pistils. Continue filling until the end of the first layer. The second layer has different angles and is middle between petals of the first layer. Continue filling until flower is enough big.
    If jelly messes up in the surface, use a spoon to take them out.
    • Making leaves: fill the syringe, use one needle of 3D Jelly Cake Tools and inject it following the petals.
    • Making Baby Breath: fill white jelly into the syringe, use one needle and inject into the clear jelly with a technique: go into the clear jelly, one drop and go out. Continue injecting around the flower. Using the same technique with green jelly creates different color baby breath around the cake.
    When you’ve done, if jelly messes up in the surface, use a spoon to take them out. 

    *** Step 4: Combine all layers.

    Ingredients:
    1L of water
    200ml of strawberry syrup ( you can use any flavor, such as coconut milk, chocolate, fruit smoothies and so on )
    8.8g Konnyaku jelly powder
    150g of pure sugar


    • Make sure the dry jelly and use a 3D Jelly Cake Tool to scratch the surface of jelly so that it combines together between layers.
    • Place the 1L of water into a pot with medium heat.
    • Mix together 8.8g Konnyaku jelly powder and 150g of sugar and stir well.
    • When water vapor (do not boil. Vapor point means smoking before boil point.), GRADUALLY sprinkle the jelly mixture into pot and stir it until mixture is dissolved. 
    • When it starts boiling, put 200ml of strawberry syrup into the mixture and stir well.
    • When the mixture boils over, turn off the heat and GRADUALLY pour into the cake pan.
    • Place the jelly cake pan until set about 1 hour and keeps cool in the refrigerator.
    • Unmolding from cake pan, you have a beautiful 3D Jelly Cake.
